Ordering - FAQ

How do I purchase one of the tiles?

Place your order on our shop page. Once you have submitted the form you will be sent an email confirming your order and outlining payment instructions.

Payment methods

We currently accept payment by bank transfer to our New Zealand bank account. We will supply our bank account details and instructions in the confirmation/invoice email you will receive on submitting your order.

Please note - payment must be made within 48 hours of placing your order.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is approximately 2 - 5 days. At this stage delivery is only available within NZ.

Are the tiles gift-wrapped?

Each tile comes individually packaged in a hand-crafted envelope making it an ideal gift option! The packaging also protects it during postage.
